Mr. Amer has been a prominent professional in Abu Dhabi since 1995 and has a successful track record in investment planning, M&A, distressed asset acquisition and turn around, distressed debt buyouts, greenfield projects and expansions and strategic planning. He has held multiple GM and CEO positions in leading investment holding groups in the United Arab Emirates. Amer is an Advisory Board Member at the Khalifa University and an advisor to Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and Bureau of Industrial Development.
